Salad with grapefruit and chicken
Grapefruit is not only tasty, healthy, but also a very low-calorie product. By adding chicken breast and lettuce to it, you will get a delicious dish that will not harm your figure.
Ingredients
Servings 2-3- 1 red grapefruit
- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 bunch lettuce
- salt
- 3 art. l. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 art. l. soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
Cooking
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast until fully cooked in lightly salted water, cut into small cubes.
Step 2
Tear lettuce leaves into small pieces. Peel the grapefruit, cut the pulp from each slice with a sharp knife, remove the seeds. Stir prepared ingredients. Salt.
Step 3
For dressing, combine olive oil, classic soy sauce and runny honey. Mix with salad.
