Rice noodles with vegetables
Very simple and delicious lunch. February is such a month when real fresh vegetables cannot be found, only sluggish ones are on store shelves, and they cost some crazy money. Quick-frozen vegetables come to the rescue.
Ingredients
- rice noodles - 1 portion
- vegetable mixture Italian - 1 pc.
- salt
- pepper (to taste)
Cooking
Step 1
Boil the noodles exactly as directed on the package. If you overdo it even for a minute, it will begin to stick together strongly.
Step 2
Meanwhile, fry vegetables in a little oil. When the vegetables are already soft, pour a small amount of water and simmer, covered, for 5-10 minutes. You can immediately add the noodles to the pan, then you need to cook it a little.
