Radish and Potato Chowder
Ingredients
Servings 2- 150 g of radish
- 150 g boiled potatoes
- 560 g kvass "Family secret. Borodinsky"
- 1 small onion
- 2 h. l. Sahara
- 2 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 3 sprigs of dill
- 100 g sour cream
- salt and black pepper to taste
Cooking
Step 1
Finely chop the onion, season with salt and sugar, pour over with vinegar and leave for a few minutes.
Step 2
Cut potatoes and radishes into slices, combine with pickled onions, pour kvass and mix.
Step 3
Pour into plates, put the egg cut into 4 parts, sour cream and finely chopped dill.
