Mannik with persimmon in a slow cooker
You can cook mannik without persimmons, I just had one beautiful one, which I decided to use in cooking.
Ingredients
- 200 g semolina
- 200 ml kefir or yogurt
- 150 g cottage cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 large persimmon (grind in a blender until puree)
- 100 g sugar
- 20 g butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cooking
Step 1
Pour semolina porridge with kefir or yogurt, mix and set aside for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Whisk eggs with sugar. Add flour, cottage cheese, vanilla extract and baking powder. Stir in semolina and persimmon puree. My persimmon was fleshy, not liquid, so I added some water.
Step 3
Lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter, pour the dough into it and set the DESSERT mode to 140 degrees for 60 minutes. Cook with the lid closed.
