You can cook mannik without persimmons, I just had one beautiful one, which I decided to use in cooking.
Pour semolina porridge with kefir or yogurt, mix and set aside for 15 minutes.
Whisk eggs with sugar. Add flour, cottage cheese, vanilla extract and baking powder. Stir in semolina and persimmon puree. My persimmon was fleshy, not liquid, so I added some water.
Lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter, pour the dough into it and set the DESSERT mode to 140 degrees for 60 minutes. Cook with the lid closed.
