How to cook Leng Tang Soup from Asia Today
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan and drop the cheese balls into it. Boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the balls are ready, drain the hot water and cover them with cold water to cool.
Step 2
Mix coconut milk with salt and sugar. Add orange juice to taste and mix well again.
Step 3
Cut fruits and berries into segments and add to coconut milk.
Step 4
Add the cooled cheese balls to the soup, cool a little in the refrigerator and serve. Enjoy your meal!
