"Knots" with chicken and mushrooms

Ingredients

Servings 4 servings
  • mayonnaise
  • 100 g boiled chicken fillet
  • salt
  • 8 green onions
  • 40 g onion
  • 8 thin pancakes
  • 30 g of carrots
  • 50 g boiled champignons
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

Cooking

Step 1

Peel onions and carrots, finely chop and sauté in vegetable oil. Chicken fillet cut into small cubes. Chop mushrooms. Put chicken fillet, mushrooms and mayonnaise in a frying pan with browned carrots and onions, heat for 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, mix everything, season with pepper, salt to taste. Spread the warm salad over the pancakes, gather them into bundles and tie with a green onion feather.
