Grilled sturgeon lightly marinated in pomegranate juice

Ingredients

  • sturgeon - 200 g
  • tomatoes - 50 g
  • turmeric - a pinch
  • salt - to taste
  • vegetable oil - 100 g
  • wine vinegar - 20 g
  • sugar - to taste
  • onion - 50 g
  • cilantro - branch
  • narsharab - 30 g

Cooking

Step 1

Marinate sturgeon with tomatoes and turmeric for 2 hours. Onion cut into rings.

Step 2

Make a marinade by mixing salt, oil, vinegar, sugar and chopped cilantro. Marinate the onion for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Grill sturgeon and serve with onion and narsharab sauce.
