Fragrant soup with buckwheat

Ingredients

  • water 2 liters
  • potatoes 4-5 pcs.

  • carrot 1 pc.
  • buckwheat groats 0.5 cups
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • Bay leaf

Cooking

Step 1

Pour water into a saucepan, boil, put spices

Wash potatoes, peel, cut into cubes and put in a pot of water

Sort the buckwheat, rinse well in cold water

Step 5
