Casserole with broccoli and boiled meat

Ingredients

  • 9 eggs
  • 270 ml milk
  • 150 g frozen broccoli
  • 200 g boiled meat
  • salt, pepper to taste

Cooking

Step 1

Boil the broccoli for literally 5 minutes and immediately rinse with cold water (to preserve the brightness of the color).

Step 2

Mix the eggs with milk (just mix, do not beat), add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3

We grease the form with a piece of butter, spread the broccoli, add the boiled meat (in pieces) and fill everything with an omelette. We bake at 190 degrees for 35 minutes, maybe a little more (try with your hand how the surface of the omelet will spring, it is ready). Enjoy your meal !
