Buns with sugar and cinnamon

  • milk - 250 ml
  • flour - 400-450 g
  • butter - 100 g
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 200 g
  • sol - 0.5 h. l.
  • yeast - 10 g
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp

Cooking

Step 1

Heat milk, melt butter. In warm milk, dilute salt and 2-3 tbsp. l. Sahara. Add egg and butter, beat a little. Add sifted flour and yeast, knead the dough. Cover with a clean towel and put in a warm place.

Step 2

When the dough is suitable, start sculpting the buns. Thinly roll out a small piece of dough, grease with vegetable oil, sprinkle with sugar mixed with cinnamon. Roll into a roll, fold in half with the seam inside, pinch the ends. Put the roll on its side and cut, stepping back from the edge of 1.5 cm. Expand the edges of the bun from the side. Transfer to a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with a little sugar and cinnamon. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
