Brazilian picanha steak
Ingredients
Servings 1- picanya steak - 350 g
- olive oil - 50 ml
- thyme - 3 g
- rosemary - 5 g
- garlic - 5 g
- chimichurri sauce - 35 g
- piri-piri sauce - 15 g
Cooking
Step 1
Take a steak with a lot of fat on one side. Make a marinade with olive oil, garlic, thyme and rosemary. Marinate the steak for 24 hours.
Step 2
Before cooking, salt, pepper and roast in a charcoal oven. The recommended roasting is medium rare. Serve with two sauces.
