It is quite possible to eat it even for dinner, because, on the one hand, it is light, and on the other hand, it provides a feeling of pleasant satiety, without unnecessary heaviness in the stomach. Sometimes a warm salad with shrimp can be supplemented with a glass of cool dry white wine: it will turn out very elegant! Close your eyes, imagine yourself in a restaurant somewhere in Italy, try to hear the splashing of the waves and smell the sea air… Belissimo!

Cooking

Step 1

Prepare the shrimp for a warm salad. Peel each shell and remove the intestinal vein. Place the shrimp in a large bowl. Wash oregano and thyme, dry. Cut off the leaves.

Step 2

Prepare the shrimp marinade. Place the herb leaves in a bowl. Add 3 tbsp. l. olive oil, lemon juice, salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Step 3

Pour the resulting marinade over the shrimp in a bowl. Stir to distribute evenly. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then put the shrimp on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes at 190°C.

Step 4

Wash cherry tomatoes for a warm salad, dry and cut each fruit in half. Rinse the arugula with running water. Dry well by spreading on a paper towel. Cheese grate on a fine grater.

Step 5

Prepare the warm shrimp salad dressing. Whisk the balsamic vinegar, remaining olive oil, mustard, and honey in a small bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.
