Vegan Lemon Ice Cream

How to cook Vegan Lemon Ice Cream
Step 1
Peel the avocado and remove the stone, cut into small pieces and beat with a blender until smooth.
Step 2
Peel the zest from the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Mix lemon juice, lemon zest and honey with avocado. Put the mass in an ice cream maker or in a regular container and put in the freezer until completely frozen.
Step 3
Allow the ice cream to melt slightly before serving (5-10 minutes) and spoon into the dishes with an ice cream scoop. When serving, you can sprinkle with lemon zest, nuts (for example, pistachios or almond petals), pour honey or any other syrup you like.
