How to cook Vanilla cupcakes with chocolate
Step 1
Beat eggs very well with sugar. Add oil, extract, continue beating. Then add flour mixed with baking powder. Pour in the chocolate broken into small pieces. The dough should not be very thick. If necessary, add 2-3 tablespoons of milk.
Step 2
Pour into greased molds 2/3 of their height. Bake at 180 degrees until cooked (about 25 minutes, but you need to check with a toothpick). I use fluted silicone molds.
