Strawberry wine
Home winemaking is not the easiest thing to do. But this strawberry wine is one of the simplest, although very tasty. But you really need to strictly follow the instructions. For the preparation of strawberry wine, you can use any unsuitable for other dishes, even a slightly rotten berry. You can make wine stronger. To do this, before bottling the wine, add to it from 1/2 l to 1 l of vodka or alcohol.
How to cook Strawberry wine
Step 1
Remove stems from berries. Fold the strawberries in a wide bowl, rinse several times, put on paper napkins and let dry. Grind the berries in a blender or rub through a sieve along with sugar, transfer to a large container, preferably with a wide neck, pour in hot boiled water and leave in a warm place.
Step 2
After 4-5 days, remove the foam from the fermented strawberries. Strain the liquid through a fine sieve or paper filters.
Step 3
Pour vodka into the strained wine. Shake, pour into clean bottles and put in a cold place. After 1-2 days the wine will be ready to drink.
