Step 1

Cut carrots and cauliflower into slices.

Step 2

Grill avocado.

Step 3

Mix iceberg lettuce with pepper sauce. Put in a deep dish.

Step 4

Place the rest of the ingredients on top of the salad. Drizzle with olive oil and lay out the poached egg.

iceberg lettuce - 40 gr
fresh tomatoes - 40 gr
avocado - 40 g
carrots - 20 gr
cauliflower - 10 gr
root leaves - 5 gr
pepper sauce - 30 gr
poached eggs - 1 pc.
