Step 1

To prepare sugar syrup, bring water to a boil, add sugar, wait until it dissolves and leave to cook for 7-10 minutes. over low heat, dissolve 4 grams of gelatin. Squeeze lime and strain.
Step 3
Blanch dogwood in sugar syrup.
Step 4
Pour the dogwood berries with syrup and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Step 5
Roll out the dough thinly, make the desired shape of the puff. Lay out the dogwood neatly, close up around the edges and bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees.
Step 6
Sprinkle with shredded coconut when serving.
