How to cook Lush pancakes from zucchini with basil
Step 1
Peel the onion and garlic, finely chop the garlic, fry in olive oil for about 7 minutes. Let cool.
Step 2
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add salt, let stand for a while. Squeeze out the juice and transfer the zucchini to a large bowl. Finely chop the basil.
Step 3
Add fried onions with garlic, eggs, sour cream, baking powder to a bowl with zucchini and mix. Enter the flour in parts, there should be no lumps. Add salt, pepper and basil.
