Lean Shchi from spinach with porcini mushrooms

Step 1

Method of preparing the broth: dry white mushrooms (100 gr.), Pour drinking water (3 l.) And cook for about 4 hours.

Step 2

How to cook soup: cut potatoes, porcini mushrooms, carrots, shallots into cubes, fry in vegetable oil.

Step 3

Then add mushroom broth, lemon juice, salt, pepper and boil until tender.

Step 4

Add spinach, and optional soy sour cream.

Ingredients

Spinach soup - base - 200 gr.
Soy sour cream - 30 gr.
Vegetable oil - 2 gr.
Peeled potatoes. - 300 gr.
Mushroom broth - 1.5 l.
Spinach - 350 gr.
Salt - 4 gr.
Lemon juice - 3 ml.
Ground black pepper peas - 1 gr.
White mushrooms - 200 gr.
Shallot garlic - 100 g.
Cleaned carrots. - 200 gr.
