This package is very convenient to take on the road. 2. While the ribs are marinating, prepare the bread biscuits. Peel the onion and garlic, chop very finely. Wash the peppers, cut in half, remove the core. Cut them into cubes with a side of 0.5-0.7 cm. Wash the parsley, dry and chop. 3. Cut the bread with the crust into large pieces, put in a blender, chop. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with a little warm boiled water to make the bread crumbs moist. 4. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Fry onion, garlic and sweet pepper in it (2 minutes), add to a bowl with breadcrumbs. 5. Pour greens and grill seasoning into a bowl, beat in eggs, mix thoroughly. In addition to parsley, other spicy herbs can be added to the biscuits, for example, 2-3 leaves of rosemary, 2 sprigs of thyme. 6. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cover the baking sheet with a sheet of parchment, grease with vegetable oil. Put the bread mass on the parchment, smooth the surface. Put in the oven, bake for 15 minutes. Remove, let cool and cut into pieces. 7. Remove the ribs from the marinade and fry on a grill or a hot frying pan in a small amount of vegetable oil, 1.5 minutes each. from each side. Serve with bread rolls and vegetable salad.
