Description

There is not even a recipe as such, because it is done quite elementarily, especially if you have a slow cooker. Unrealistically delicious thing, it is impossible to stop! The main thing to remember is the proportions - 5:1, that is, five parts of milk (preferably rustic) and 1 part of sugar.

Cooking

Step 1

Place all the ingredients in a slow cooker, turn on the double boiler mode and cook for about twenty hours with the lid open. The first foam that appears must be removed. Stir occasionally, especially at the end of cooking. Adjust the time yourself, if there is less content, then it will take less time. Keep in mind that it will thicken further in the refrigerator.

Step 2

I did this - when the condensed milk began to thicken and looked rather uneven, I turned off the slow cooker, poured the contents into a bowl and pierced the whole condensed milk with an immersion blender, for uniformity. The final consistency came out like thick cream. It is also possible to boil thicker, but you will need to stand above it, stir so that it does not burn. At some point, it's easy to miss it.

Ingredients

1500 ml milk (5 large glasses)
300 g sugar (1 large glass)
1 h. l. cocoa
1 tsp instant coffee
