Green salad with corn and avocado

Description

This salad with corn only at first glance seems simple and familiar. Just take a look at the list of ingredients. There's a cactus here! Connoisseurs say that the prickly pear cactus tastes somewhat like a cucumber, so if there is no prickly pear, use this particular vegetable.

Step 1

Wash and coarsely chop all the ingredients. Then place in a salad bowl.
