Garden Negroni

Based on the classic Negroni cocktail - only it's a lighter version, like you're sitting in an Italian garden.
How to cook Garden Negroni
Step 1
To insist gin on herbs: for 0.7 l of gin, take 15 g of green basil leaves, 5 g of rosemary and 3 g of thyme, insist for a day. To insist "Lille Blanc", a bottle of 0.7 liters is enough for 20 g of dry rosebuds. Insist no more than a day.
Step 2
Pour all the ingredients into a special Perlini shaker, fill with ice cubes, fill the shaker with carbon dioxide, shake for 5 seconds, strain the cocktail into a rocks glass with ice cubes. Alternatively, siphon the mixture, aerate and chill before serving. Garnish with basil and kaffir lime leaves.
