Fettuccine with mushrooms and shrimps

Pasta with mushrooms and shrimps is a delicious and filling Italian dinner. In our recipe we use fettuccine, you can choose any type of pasta you wish. The pasta is very flavorful due to the shrimps fried in olive oil with garlic and bell pepper.

How to cook Fettuccine with mushrooms and shrimps

Step 1

Heat a frying pan with olive oil and fry the garlic for 2 minutes, then add the shrimp and cook for another 3 minutes. Add the spices, sweet pepper, stir and cook for 4 minutes. Then transfer the shrimp and pepper to a separate container.

Step 2

In the same pan, fry the mushrooms, return the shrimp and pepper and mix gently.

Step 3

Add the cooked fettuccine to the pan, sprinkle with cheese and stir.
