Curls with cottage cheese and cherries

Delight your loved ones with these wonderful, homemade buns!!
How to cook Curls with cottage cheese and cherries
Step 1
For the dough, mix everything and let it rise to the cap.
Step 2
In the approached dough, add the egg, vegetable oil, soft butter, salt and about 300 g of sifted flour. Add flour gradually and it may take a little more or less.
Step 3
We knead the soft, elastic dough and put it on the rise, then knead it and rise again. Divide the dough into equal pieces (I got 6 pieces of 105 gr each. Roll out the layer from each piece, lay out the filling, roll it up and twist it with a snail. For the filling take cottage cheese, break it with a blender + sugar to taste + a bag of vanilla sugar + dried cherries.
Step 4
We give the curls to rise well, grease them (egg + 2 tbsp of milk) and sprinkle with almond petals. Bake at 200 degrees until browned. Cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and Enjoy!!
