Chicken stewed with vegetables

An easy-to-cook and very tasty dish that originally combines healthy vegetables and tender chicken fillet. A great option for lunch or dinner that does not require much culinary experience. By the way, you can use almost any vegetables, as well as chicken parts. You can take breast fillet, legs, or even chop a whole chicken. Don't be afraid to experiment with the ingredients - this dish allows it!
How to cook Chicken stewed with vegetables
Step 1

Cut the sweet bell pepper into strips. Peel the onion and chop it into half rings.
Step 2

Cut the tomatoes in half and then slice each half into strips.
Step 3

Cut the chicken meat into small equal pieces.
Step 4

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Then carefully place the chopped fillet there.
Step 5

Fry the meat for a few minutes, stirring gently.
Step 6

Place bell pepper and onion on the meat. Mix carefully and fry for a few more minutes.
Step 7

Then put the chopped tomatoes into the pan. Mix everything carefully, trying not to disturb the layers.
Step 8

Add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Peel a couple of garlic cloves and press them into the pan using a garlic press. If you don’t have one, just finely chop the cloves with a knife. Add the crushed garlic to the dish and mix everything again.
Step 9

Cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat to low. Leave the dish to simmer for 20-30 minutes.
