Bread with whole wheat flour

Description
It is prepared very quickly and simply, even such a beginner in baking bread like me can easily cope.
Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Combine dry ingredients in mixer bowl. Pour honey into water and add to flour mixture. Knead the dough with the hook attachment (or by hand). Knead for at least 10 minutes at medium speed. Form a ball from the finished dough. Line a baking sheet with greased paper, lay out the dough. Just do not flatten it - it will spread under the weight as it should. Grease cling film with olive oil and cover the dough, but do not tightly. Leave to rise in a warm place without drafts for 50-60 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Dust the dough lightly with flour. Make cuts with a very sharp knife. Throw a dozen ice cubes at the bottom of the oven, put a baking sheet with dough and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cover the finished bread with a towel.
