How to cook Blackcurrant horseshoe roll

Step 1

For the dough, dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add sugar and leave for 10 minutes. Add melted butter, salt, flour to the resulting dough and knead the dough. Put the dough in a warm place to rest for 25-30 minutes.

Step 2

Roll out the risen dough into a layer about 1.5 cm thick. Put prepared freshly frozen blackcurrants on the dough (without defrosting). Put brown sugar on a layer of blackcurrant. Roll the dough into a roll, carefully connect all the seams.

Step 3

Put the roll in a greased round baking dish in the form of a horseshoe. Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
