Ingredients
Servings 25- boiled potatoes - 4-5 medium
- butter for puree
- onions - sautéed until translucent
- a small piece of boiled and finely chopped meat (beef, chicken)
- cottage cheese 9-18% fat - 250 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 2 h. l.
- soda - 0.5 tsp
- flour - 2 tbsp. (more if needed)
- some salt
Cooking
Step 1
Dough. Mash the cottage cheese well with a fork, add the rest of the products and knead the soft dough.

Roll into a ball, cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 6-8 hours, but can stand for a day. Remove the dough from the refrigerator half an hour before cooking.
Step 3
Divide the dough into three pieces, roll each piece with a rocking chair, and then cut into pieces. It turns out from each - about 8-10 pieces. Knead each piece into a cake with your hands, not very thin.

For the filling, boil mashed potatoes, add fried onions and chopped meat, salt.
