Warm fresh okra salad
Ingredients
Servings 1- fresh okra pods 150 g
- bell pepper 20 g
- green onion 10 g
- vegetable oil 5 g
- soy sauce 5 g
Cooking
Step 1
150 g fresh okra pods cut into 2 parts, lengthwise. Then steam it for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Separately, fry fresh finely chopped bell pepper and green onions in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Put the finished okra on a plate and pour over the soy sauce. Garnish with a mix of roasted peppers and onions.
