Tricolor curd cream

Ingredients

Servings 4 servings
  • sugar - 100 g
  • 2 tbsp. l. cocoa powder
  • 400 g non-sour cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 1 tsp lemon liqueur
  • 2 very fresh eggs
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp. l. apple jam
  • strawberries or raspberries for garnish

Cooking

Step 1

Rub cottage cheese through a sieve. Beat eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt.

Step 2

Mix cottage cheese and egg mixture, divide the resulting mass into 3 equal parts. Mix the first with jam, the second with cocoa and the third with lemon zest and liquor.

Step 3

Each part of the cream should be mixed separately, kept in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. and lay in glass bowls in layers. Decorate with any bright berries on top.
