Tomatoes with minced mushrooms
Great snack.
Ingredients
- tomatoes 3 pcs.
- salted milk mushrooms 50 g
- onion 0.5 pcs.
- Parmesan 20 g
- green onion 3 feathers
- refined sunflower oil 1 tbsp. l.
Cooking
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the core.
Step 2
Rinse the mushrooms well, drain, chop into small cubes, lightly fry in a pan with onions.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add some to the cooled mushroom mince, leave some for decoration. Add finely chopped green onions.
Step 4
Fill the tomato halves with minced meat, lay on lettuce leaves, sprinkle with cheese and green onions.
