Tomatoes with cheese and egg, baked in the microwave

  • tomatoes - 3 pcs.
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • hard cheese - 40 g
  • milk - 40 g

Cooking

Step 1

Wash the tomatoes, cut off the lid and carefully clean the pulp.

Step 2

Prepare the filling. Break the washed eggs into a bowl, beat a little with a whisk. Grate cheese and add to eggs. Pour in some milk and stir. Pour egg mixture over tomatoes.

Step 3

Bake in the microwave for 5 minutes.
