Tofu with almonds and cocoa
Ingredients
Servings 1- tofu cheese - 70 g
- coconut milk - 25 g
- red beans - 25 g
- dark chocolate sauce - 25 g
- almond milk - 20 g
- raisins - 20 g
- pickled ginger - 5 g
- wheat in caramel - 5 g
- balsamic vinegar - 5 g
- cocoa Nesquik - 1 g
- roasted sesame - 2 g
Cooking
Step 1
Put the cheese on a plate. Mix coconut milk, beans and dark chocolate sauce.
Step 2
Drizzle cheese over prepared sauce. Drizzle with almond milk and vinegar.
Step 3
Top with raisins, ginger, caramelized wheat, cocoa and sesame seeds.
