Simple radish salad

Ingredients

Servings 6
  • 10 radishes
  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 green onions
  • small bunch of dill
  • 2 tbsp. l. sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Cooking

Step 1

Hard-boil the eggs, 9 minutes, rinse with cold water and peel.

Step 2

Cut radishes, cucumbers and eggs into equal small cubes. Finely chop the onion and dill.

Step 3

Mix mayonnaise with sour cream in a large bowl, add the rest of the salad ingredients, salt, pepper and mix.

Step 4

Serve salad on toasted rye bread.
