Sandwich with beef

  • whole wheat bread
  • minced meat (beef) - 0.5 kg
  • fresh tomato - 1 pc.
  • pickled or pickled cucumber - 1 pc.
  • melted cream cheese - 1 pack.
  • maasdam cheese - 100 g
  • onion - 3 pcs.
  • tomato paste - 5 tbsp. l.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • lettuce leaves
  • salt, pepper, spices to taste
  • butter - 1 tbsp. l.
  • water - 05 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp

Cooking

Step 1

Finely chop the onion and add to the minced meat. Salt, pepper to taste. We form cutlets, which we fry for 1 minute. both sides in a hot skillet. We spread it in a heat-resistant dish, and set to bake in the oven at 180 ° C until cooked.

Step 2

Prepare the sauce: fry the onion in butter. Add sugar, then tomato paste. Dilute with water, squeeze the garlic and simmer for 5 minutes. on medium fire.

Step 3

Dry the bread in the oven. Cut the onion into half rings, marinate in lemon juice with sugar.

Step 4

Now we assemble the sandwich: we grease the lower piece of bread with the prepared sauce, put pickled onion and cucumber sliced \u200b\u200bin rings on it, then a lettuce leaf, maasdam cheese, a cutlet and tomato slices. Brush the top slice of bread with cream cheese and cover the sandwich.
