Rolls with smoked salmon, avocado and pepper
The combination of salmon and avocado. Fast, tasty and healthy.
Ingredients
Servings 2- freshly ground pepper
- flat cakes or tortillas with a diameter of 20 cm - 2
- watercress - 1 handful
- ripe avocado - 1 ripe
- smoked salmon - 50 g
- dill
- violet leaves - 1 handful
- yogurt
Cooking
Step 1
Chop the dill. Heat the tortillas in a dry frying pan - they will rise, brown spots will appear on them. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Cut each half in half again, then peel and slice thinly lengthwise. Arrange salmon slices, avocado, violet leaves and lettuce on tortillas. Sprinkle with pepper, drizzle with lime juice and top with yogurt. Sprinkle with dill. Roll the cakes tightly into rolls, cut in half and eat immediately.
