Rice pudding with apples and jam

Ingredients

  • rice - 1 tbsp.
  • apple - 4 pcs.
  • jam - 1/3 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1/2 tbsp.
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
  • breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking

Step 1

Peel and core apples, cut in half. Boil until half cooked in 2 tbsp. water. Take out the apples and put them in a sieve.

Step 2

In the water where the apples were boiled, boil the rice.

Step 3

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Step 4

Put half of the rice into the mold, jam on it, then sliced \u200b\u200bapples. Sprinkle apples with sugar, cover with rice, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Step 5

Put in the oven for 30 minutes - at 180 degrees.

Step 6

Serve with jam syrup.
