Raspberry sherbet

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • 5 cups raspberries
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice

Cooking

Step 1

Place the raspberries in a food processor, add water and puree. Pass the puree through a fine sieve to remove the pits. Add sugar, vanilla extract and lemon juice and stir until sugar is completely dissolved.

Step 2

Pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Every 30 minutes. Take the container out of the refrigerator and stir the mixture with a whisk.
