Rabbit in a multicooker
Ingredients
Servings 2- Rabbit - 400 g
- Carrots - 100 g
- Onions - 80 g
- Garlic - 5 g
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Spices - 8 g
- Salt - 3.5 g
- Parsley - 2 g
Cooking
Step 1
Cut the meat into portions – large or slightly smaller.
Step 2
Coarsely chop the carrots and onions, chop the garlic and parsley.
Step 3
Pour some vegetable oil (1-2 tablespoons) into the multicooker bowl, add carrots, onions and garlic.
Step 4
Place the rabbit pieces on the vegetables, sprinkle everything with spices and salt. Turn on the "Frying" mode and lightly fry the meat on all sides. You can add half a cup of water to make the rabbit even more tender.
Step 5
Add another glass of water and sour cream sauce, close the lid and cook on the “Stewing” mode for 1 hour.
Step 6
A couple of minutes before it is ready or immediately after turning off the heat, add butter and fresh herbs, stir until the butter is dissolved.
Step 7
Place the dish on plates and enjoy the taste and aroma of tender meat and vegetables.
