Pizza with chicken and cheese
Ingredients

- flour - 3 tbsp.

- dry yeast - 2 tsp
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
- boiled chicken breast - 1 pc.
- tomato ketchup
- bulb - 1 pc.
- mayonnaise
- hard cheese - 130 g
- minced garlic - to taste
- ground pepper - to taste
Cooking
Step 1
Prepare the dough in a bread maker. To do this, lay out the ingredients for the dough in the following sequence: milk, flour, salt, sugar, olive oil and yeast. Turn on the "Dough" mode. At the end of the kneading, remove the dough from the HP bowl and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the onion, chop and fry in vegetable oil. Finely chop the boiled chicken breast, pepper, add ground garlic, mix. Cheese grate on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll into circles. Grease the rolled dough with ketchup, lay out a layer of onion, then chicken, grease with mayonnaise. Then put a layer of grated cheese and make a "mesh" of ketchup.
Step 4
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
