Okroshka on kvass with radish
In this okroshka on kvass you will not find meat or sausage, but it has a lot of crispy, juicy radishes. And not everyone and not always wants meat, and such okroshka with radish will be a great start to lunch on a hot day.
Ingredients
Servings 4- 3 eggs
- 2 potatoes
- 3 radishes
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 2 cucumbers
- 1/2 bread kvass
- 1/2 water
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- salt to taste
Cooking
Step 1
Boil potatoes and eggs.
Step 2
Cut the onion, put it in a saucepan and rub it with salt.
Step 3
Finely chop the rest of the ingredients and add to the onion.
Step 4
Pour everything with water and kvass, add sour cream and serve.
