Curd mousse with persimmon

Low calorie curd dessert. Persimmon can be replaced with your favorite berries or fruits.

Ingredients

Servings 1
  • 100 g cottage cheese (preferably soft)
  • 1/2 sweet persimmon, puree in a blender
  • 1/2 h. l. Sahara
  • 1 piece of gelatin (soak in cold water, drain and heat in the microwave for 10 seconds)
  • some walnuts for garnish

Cooking

Step 1

Beat cottage cheese with mashed potatoes and sugar in a blender, add "blossomed" gelatin and put in a bowl. Place in refrigerator for at least half an hour. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
