Low calorie curd dessert. Persimmon can be replaced with your favorite berries or fruits.

Step 1

Beat cottage cheese with mashed potatoes and sugar in a blender, add "blossomed" gelatin and put in a bowl. Place in refrigerator for at least half an hour. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
