Compote of apples and pears
Compote of apples and pears, supplemented with lemon and orange, perfectly quenches thirst, so it is unusually good in the heat. What is especially pleasant is that all the beneficial substances of the fruit are almost completely preserved in it, since they are boiled for several minutes. Well, apples and pears are generally placed in hot syrup at the final stage, after which it is brought to a boil and immediately removed from the heat. By the way, thanks to this, the pieces of fruit do not boil soft, perfectly retain their texture and shape and look very appetizing in a drink poured into a transparent jug or into glasses.
