Chicken roll with eggs
Meatloaf or roll is a win-win option for a quick family meal. Unlike cutlets, which need to be fried one by one, there are much less manipulations - I took minced meat, made a loaf and sent it to the oven. And she will do the rest of the work for you. Serve such a hearty meal with something light - a green salad, stewed young cabbage or grilled vegetables.
Ingredients
Servings 6- 1 kg chicken thigh fillet
- 4 boiled eggs
- 1 large egg
- 150 ml cream
- 1 st. l. dried dill
- 3 art. l. crackers
- 2 tbsp. l. sweet chili sauce
- freshly ground black pepper
- salt
Cooking
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet and turn through a meat grinder. Add dried dill, raw egg, cream and crackers to the minced meat, salt, pepper and mix well. Leave for 15 min.
Step 2
Line a 15x30 cm rectangular bread pan with parchment and lay out half of the minced meat. Put the boiled eggs in the center, and then the remaining minced meat. Smooth the surface and brush with chili sauce. Place in oven preheated to 180°C and bake for 45 minutes.
Step 3
Cool the finished roll a little and remove from the mold. Serve hot or completely cooled.
