Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • rice flour - 100 g
  • wheat flour - 120 g
  • ghee - 120 g
  • powdered sugar - 100 g
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • cardamom - half a teaspoon

Cooking

Step 1

Get the oil in advance if it has been stored in a cool place. Rub the butter with powder, add the egg, mix.

Step 2

Mix both types of flour, add cardamom. Flour - to the oil mixture, knead the dough, remove for half an hour in the refrigerator.

Step 3

Form cookies: first roll into balls the size of a large walnut and lightly press them down. Bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
