Step 1
Cut all vegetables into slices.
Step 2
Fry onion and garlic in oil. Add zucchini, eggplant and pepper. Stir and add tomatoes and canned corn. Add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add canned tomatoes with juice and fry for 2-3 minutes. To serve, sprinkle with pine nuts and cilantro.

Zucchini - 40 gr
Eggplant - 40 gr
Tomatoes - 40 gr
Canned corn - 20 gr
Pine nuts - 10 gr
Cilantro - 3 gr
Olive oil - 20 gr
Canned tomatoes in their own juice - 60 gr
Salt - 1 gr
Pepper - 1 gr
