How to cook Veal with spinach in bread

Step 1

Wash the veal, dry it, cut into thin strips. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the veal in it until tender (7 minutes). Remove from heat, cover and leave for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Roast the seeds in a dry frying pan (2 minutes). Sort the spinach, wash, cut into wide strips. Boil water in a saucepan, put spinach in it and after 1 minute. discard in a colander; rinse with cold water. Let all the water drain.

Step 3

Mix spinach and veal in a bowl. Add seeds, sour cream, lemon juice, sugar. Salt to taste, stir. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 180ºС. Cut off the top of the bun and scoop out the crumb. Set aside the top.

Step 5

The bread crumb can be finely crumbled and dried in the oven - you get an excellent breading.

Step 6

Put the filling into the formed cavity. Cover the bun with the cut top, place in the oven and heat for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions before serving.
